Whenever a part requires to be replaced, the data will be unaffected. Should there be instances where the repair could affect the data, the customer will be immediately informed and we will not continue with the repair without the go ahead of the customer.

Will I be informed if my device has any other problems?2022-05-16T17:11:31+00:00

The first thing our technicians do upon a device arrives at our workshop is a thorough inspection. It is after the inspection that a proper quotation can be given. If a device has more than one issue that requires fixing, they will be quoted for separately and it will be up to the customer to the decide whether to go ahead with the repair or not. Customer can decide to fix only one issue if more than one is found.

Why do you need my password/PIN code?2022-05-16T17:11:14+00:00

This is a common concern for our customers. Whilst assuring you that your data will remain safe, the final decision is up to the customer. Unfortunately, without the password/PIN code we cannot perform all the necessary tests and checks that we normally carry out. These routine tests are done to ensure your device is working properly before leaving our workshop.  If you still wish not to give your password, we completely respect that but we would have to close it without performing all the tests (should there be any problems, you can always come to our shop and we’ll inspect your device once again), or you can pop by at our shop and we will test it right in front you.

Yes we do, hence why our motto: WE COME TO YOU! Who doesn’t like convenience? We believe that by offering free pick-up and delivery, we are taking away some of the hassle that a broken device brings. Our customers don’t have to stay in traffic to get their device fixed, we go to them. 😀

Most Smartphone and tablets repairs are done within the same day if the device arrives at our workshop before 3pm. Should the repair require more time, we will immediately inform the customer about the estimated duration required for the repair.
